SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping live plants can be tricky, but I do my very best to protect your order. Shipping days for orders containing live plants are Monday-Wednesday to ensure plant survival upon arrival. Orders placed after 11:59pm EST Tuesday will likely not be shipped until Monday (unless an expedited upgrade is purchased).
I am not responsible for USPS delays or damages caused by weather or shipping. If you are concerned about shipping windows, or want your plants sooner, you have the option to upgrade the shipping speed. Please be aware of the weather in your area when your order is due to arrive and plan accordingly. You may need to arrange pickup of your order with a friend/neighbor, or at your local post office if you will be expecting extreme weather. Shipping via USPS within the US only.
Some plants may appear wilted or weak, just give them a little water water and they should bounce right back!

RETURN POLICY
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me promptly at theurbanmockingbird@gmail.com.
Due to their perishable nature, plants are not returnable.
Returns for non-plant items are accepted, but buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
