ABOUT ME

My name is Morgan Mock. I started The Urban Mockingbird as a small Etsy business in 2022 - when face masks were still a thing - with a dream to share my love for all things plants with a like-minded community of people during a time when many felt isolated. That dream has now grown into a website of my own and a small community presence in my hometown where I host pop-up plant stands inside of local small businesses. I source all of my plants locally, hand-selecting and curating with intention. My goal is to drive support to fellow small businesses within my own community while spreading the joy of nature and the rewarding sense of accomplishment in caring for a plant of your own.
